Objectives

1.To ensure that the state mobilizes resources by stepping up the collection of both tax and non-tax revenues so that socio-economic development is achieved.

2.To allocate State resources equitably to earmark activities in accordance to state strategic plan, Annual plan and budgeting process.

3.To ensure timely accountability and transparency by all State organs/institutions: thus ,the Importance of the free balance system  (IFMIS) i.e.Intergrated Financial Management Information System and South Sudan Electronic Payroll  System  (SSEPS) which produce monthly report.

4.To create the enabling environment for private investment to thrive.

5.To step up the education campaign of the general public and state officials about the importance of tax collection at state, county, payam and boma levels.

6.To encourage all persons involved in entrepreneurial activities to get registered for purposes at all the three administration levels of State Government.
