Governor Chagor received delegation from British Embassy this afternoon. The delegates comprised of Chris Trott, the British Ambassador to South Sudan, James Duddridge, Minister for Africa, Nick Dyer, Famine Envoy and Helen Lewis, Development Director have toured the flood affected areas and visited the food distribution center in Makuach Payam that hosts the Internally Displaced Persons caused by the current flood. Governor Chagor listens to the community representatives and exchange views on the challenges affecting the IDPs. In attendance; Madam Deborah, the UNMISS representative in Bor and WFP country representative were among the team that inspected the distribution site.
